Is there an air washer on the market to clean the dust out of the air in a concrete home?
My mother in law has a concrete home and is looking for a air washer that she could use to clean up the air inside the house. She is not really wanting a purifier but a system that could wash the dust out of the air. Would a humidifier work for that purpose?

You can rent an "Air Scrubber" with a Hepa filter. This removes +/- 98% of particulates in the air.
This can have a disposable tube added to it to vent the particles to the outside for best performance.
Well Chuck,Seems that you do have a bonified concearne! Breathing cement is not for the faint of heart! The ‘big lesson’ of 9-11 is that we are suseptible to ‘Drano’ on a mass scale. Your mom must address the alkiline venue with an all-out aussalt to freeze the assailant. That means taking the offensive in alll reguards! Fight this fire with hoses filled with sticky acid at every corner to neautrilize this atomic war of perversion!
seal the concrete. Put floor coverings on the floors. Put wall coverings on the walls. Cover the ceilings. There are some sealers, otherwise you could use floor paint on the floor, or the epoxy stuff. You could plaster the walls and ceiling. Or just go with sealer everywhere, but you’ll need a lot of artificial light.
