cool vs. warm mist humidifier for stuffy nose/dry air?

my 10 week old always wakes up with a stuffy nose. I’m pretty sure it is from the dry air in the apartment. (my nose is very dry too since he’s been home from the hospital since the heat has been cranked up and i’m home all day).

I was going to get a humidifier, but i have no idea what the difference is between cool mist and warm mist. Which do I get?

Cool mist because of the risk of burns from a warm mist humidifier. You’d be surprised at how hot the steam is.

    Cool mist is always reccomended.
